The Amara Amaro di Arancia Rossa di Sicilia IGP 30% Vol. 0.5 l is an outstanding Sicilian bitter liqueur that captures the unmistakable soul of the island - characterized by the fertility of the slopes of Mount Etna and the bright power of the Arancia Rossa di Sicilia IGP blood oranges. This liqueur is produced in small batches in Contrada San Martino, one of the most fertile regions of Sicily, where volcanic soils and the Mediterranean climate provide ideal conditions for growing the famous blood oranges.

Only hand-picked blood orange peels of the "Arancia Rossa di Sicilia IGP" variety are used for production. These come from the family's own orange groves and are peeled by hand in order to use only the most aromatic fruit material. The peels are then macerated in fine alcohol together with wild herbs from Mount Etna before the purest spring water from Mount Etna is added. The result is a natural, authentic amaro that contains no artificial additives or flavorings and captures the essence of Sicily in liquid form.

Amara impresses with its intense color, reminiscent of the glowing lava of the volcano, and its harmonious balance of sweet citrus notes and subtle bitterness. It embodies the traditional craftsmanship of Sicily - from sustainable cultivation without chemicals to manual harvesting and careful bottling in small quantities. The result is an unmistakable bitter liqueur that reflects the passion, terroir and sunshine of the island.
