AI GALLI Rose Cuvee Brut 11% Vol. 0,75l

The AI GALLI Cuvée Rose Brut is a finely bubbly, elegant sparkling wine from eastern Veneto that combines the lightness of Italian lifestyle with aromatic expressiveness. The cuvée consists of 90% Glera – the classic Prosecco grape variety – and 10% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), which not only gives the wine its delicate rose color, but also structure and aromatic depth. The interplay of these two grape varieties brings freshness, elegance, and a charming fruitiness to the glass.

The grapes come from medium-density clay soils and are vinified using a gentle rosé winemaking process with a short maceration (max. 36 hours). This is followed by a gentle pressing, followed by a temperature-controlled fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel tanks. The base wine is then fermented a second time in a pressure vessel using the Charmat method until the desired pressure of approximately 6 bar is reached. Fermentation is stopped by rapid cooling, and a one-month maturation on the fine lees provides additional harmony and complexity.

With an alcohol content of 11% vol., this Rose Brut is lively, dry, and particularly easy to drink – a versatile sparkling wine for stylish occasions and summer indulgences.
