The AI GALLI Prosecco Rose Brut Millesimato DOC 2024 is a characterful, single-vineyard rosé sparkling wine from eastern Veneto that combines the highest quality with stylish freshness. Made from a carefully blended blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), this Prosecco Rose combines the delicate, fruity elegance of white Prosecco with the structure and color of Pinot Nero. The grapes come from the AI GALLI winery's own vineyards in Pramaggiore, planted on medium-density, clayey soils that offer optimal conditions for finesse and aromatics.

Vinification follows the Charmat method, with the grapes first being vinified separately. After a short maceration, the Pinot Nero undergoes classic rosé fermentation, while the Glera portion undergoes cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The two base wines are then blended and placed in pressure tanks for a second fermentation, which takes place at 14–16°C for approximately 20 days. Once the desired pressure is reached, the wine is stabilized at –4°C and rests on the lees for approximately one month to develop finesse and complexity.
