The AI GALLI Merlot Rose Frizzante is a finely sparkling rosé wine with a charming character and Italian lightness. Made from 100% Merlot, this frizzante comes from eastern Veneto – a region known for fruit-forward and easy-drinking wines. The grapes are carefully processed: After a brief maceration on the skins for 12 to 24 hours to extract color and aromas, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at 18–20°C for ten days in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then further fermented in pressure tanks using the Charmat method until the desired bubble pressure is reached. Fermentation is stopped by cold stabilization at –4°C to preserve freshness and clarity.
With an alcohol content of 11% vol., a lively mousse, and its fresh, youthful style, this Rose Frizzante is the ideal companion for uncomplicated moments of enjoyment. The serving temperature is 8–10°C, and it should be enjoyed young – the optimal storage time is 1 to 2 years.
