Admiral's Rum Royal Oak was distilled in an impressive 45-stage Coffey column still, which has been in operation since 1985. The distillates are selectively taken from the bottom of the still to achieve a particularly balanced and intense aroma profile. This fine Saint Lucia rum then matures for a period of 6 to 12 years in carefully selected American white oak bourbon barrels. This long tropical barrel ageing gives the rum its exceptional complexity, fine spiciness and harmonious structure. With an alcohol content of 40%, this matured premium rum is soft, full-bodied and elegantly balanced.
