Produced at the traditional Aberlour Distillery, which has been known for its full-bodied and characterful whiskies since 1879, this bottling combines classic craftsmanship with the finest cask maturation.
Carefully selected ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks were used for this edition. Maturing over 14 years in this harmonious combination creates complex aromas of honey, vanilla, ripe fruit and gentle spicy notes. The result is a whisky with a soft structure, warm depth and a wonderfully balanced character. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., Aberlour 14 Years Batch 0007 offers an excellent drinking balance between intensity and smoothness.
