Like all the wines in this range, the Revolutionary Rose tells the stories of the 19 crimes for which convicts were deported from Great Britain to Australia in the 18th and 19th centuries. This rose is made from a cuvee of classic grape varieties such as Shiraz and Grenache, which develop their full fruit and aroma in Australia's warm climate. The grapes are harvested early and matured at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve their freshness, delicate fruit notes and lively acidity. With an alcohol content of 10.5% by volume, Revolutionary Rose is lighter than many other rose wines, making it particularly accessible, fresh and easy to enjoy.
