  • 150ml tonik
  • 100gr ice
  • 1 slice of lime

A classic refreshing cocktail made from just two ingredients. Gin is poured over ice, then tonic is added slowly on top to preserve the carbonation. The classic ratio is 1:3 gin to tonic — try 1:2 for a stronger gin taste. Garnish with a lime wedge.
