  • 40ml Sarti Rosa
  • 20ml Aura Orancello
  • 30ml soda water
  • 150g ice
  • 1 piece orange slice
  • 1 piece grapefruit peel or fresh mint, optional

A bright, fruity Mediterranean spritz made with prosecco, Sarti Rosa, and Aura Orancello. Fill a wine glass with ice, pour in prosecco first, then add Sarti Rosa and Aura Orancello.
