The Zenato winery was founded in 1960 by Sergio Zenato. The family business, now in its second generation, is located on the southeastern shore of Lake Garda. Today, the Zenato family cultivates over 60 hectares of vineyards, which are mainly planted with Trebbiano grapes.
The winery has contributed significantly to the popularity of the wines of Lake Garda: determination, passion as well as consistent pursuit of quality have allowed the company to rise to one of the most important in the world.
After the grapes are harvested, they immediately enter the winery where they are selected and carefully crushed. The fermentation of the fully ripe grapes takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
