Once your order is packed and ready to go, we partner with trusted shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx and DHL) to deliver your package to your doorstep. We work with reputable companies that have a proven track record of reliable and efficient delivery services. This allows us to provide you with accurate tracking information, so you can stay updated on the progress of your shipment.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. We collect all the orders and ship once a week from our location to our partner/importer (all the documentation is prepared to legally import alcohol in the USA) based in the USA (it is not legal to ship alcohol in the US without an importer).

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe provided during checkout. While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, please understand that unforeseen circumstances or external factors may occasionally cause delays. Rest assured, we will do our utmost to resolve any issues and keep you informed throughout the process.
