In 2007 three good friends got together and built up the West Cork Distillery - a small independent whiskey distillery.
The West Cork Blended Irish Whiskey BOURBON CASK is an Irish blend, which consists of 75% Irish Grain Whiskey and 25% Irish Malt Whiskey.
The maturation takes place in First Fill Bourbon casks to achieve this unique softness.
