In 2007, three good friends got together and built the West Cork Distillery - a small independent whiskey distillery.
This bottling matures for 4 years in Oloroso Sherry Casks from Bodega Tolerina Rodriguez in Cadiz. The finish is in first fill bourbon casks.
The whiskey is neither colored nor chill-filtered.
