Produced by Weinhof Szemes, this wine is one of the winery's first projects with grapes from the Saybritz vineyard on the Eisenberg. Only perfectly ripened Blauburger and Zweigelt grapes are used for this Austrian rose sparkling wine, which give the wine its expressive fruit and elegant structure.

Fermentation takes place in a 1000-liter stainless steel tank, which ensures that the fresh and clear aromas are optimally preserved. The wine is then matured on the lees for around 6 to 8 months before being bottled fresh and fruity.
