What makes it special is the use of the tahona method - a traditional process in which the agave heart (pina) is crushed using a large, heavy lava stone wheel. This process preserves the originality of the agave, promotes its sweet, earthy notes and ensures a particularly soft, nuanced distillate. Production takes place in small batches in the highlands of Jalisco and combines craftsmanship, patience and precision to create a premium product that combines the highest quality with authenticity.
