This Prosecco from the Veneto region uses only the best Glera grapes, which give it its exceptional freshness and drinkability. The climate in Veneto is generally somewhat humid due to its proximity to the sea, and sharp temperature differences are nothing unusual for this region. After harvesting the fully ripe grapes, they are pressed and subjected to a rapid separation of the must from the skins. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 15 and 16 °C. The wine is stored in steel autoclaves, after which foaming is carried out according to the Martinotti method.
The bottle, with its detailed lines, reflects a marked elegance. The carvings recall the long rows of vines on the hill of Valdobbiadene.
