With Poitin, you are buying a very special drop that is one of the most original of all spirits. Made from the freshest regional ingredients, barley, sugar beet and Irish water are distilled in copper pot stills. After distillation, the Poitin is bottled directly without maturation at an alcohol content of 40% by volume.
