The Great Northern Distillery produces the Two Stacks Irish Whiskeys. Two Stacks is a whiskey brand from the Mourne Mountains in Ireland. Three friends created the brand: Shane McCarthy, Donal McLynn and Liam Brogan. The three place special emphasis on quality and traditional techniques - casks are emptied by hand and each bottle is labeled by hand.
The Two Stacks THE FIRST CUT Irish Whiskey is a blend of light, as well as dark grain, single pot still, double, as well as drunk malt. Maturation is given to this whiskey in the finest ex-bourbon, oloroso sherry and virgin oak casks.
This bottling is neither chill-filtered nor colored.
