The Tschida winery, located in the municipality of Illmitz in Burgenland in eastern Austria, has gained international recognition for its high-quality dessert wines, especially those made from the "Saemling 88" (Scheurebe) grape variety. The winery is a family business that has been in existence since 1982 and has been involved in viticulture for several generations.
