The dry vintage with hot summer months resulted in small, highly concentrated berries with intense aromas and a particularly animating acid structure. The grapes were harvested at the beginning of September and carefully processed. The wine was matured in stainless steel tanks and aged on the fine lees for eight months. This long ageing on the fine lees gives the Tschermonegg So Rose 2025 additional harmony and elegance. At 11% vol., this rose from Austria is light, fresh and balanced.
