Produced by the renowned Tschermonegg winery, which is based in Leutschach an der Weinstrasse, a Sauvignon Blanc with a clear origin and precise signature is created here on sun-drenched slopes. The limestone-rich soils and the cool microclimate of the region offer optimal conditions for this grape variety full of character.
Vines between 5 and 45 years old were selectively harvested for this vintage. The wine is matured for 6-8 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, which gives it structure, finesse and ageability. The screw cap guarantees freshness and uncomplicated drinking pleasure. The ideal drinking age is between 2025 and 2028, but this DAC wine also reveals its aromatic potential when drunk young.
