Made predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon and a small proportion of Tempranillo, this Reserva is the perfect combination of Mediterranean ripeness, structure and finesse.

The vines grow on limestone and clay soils in the higher vineyards of the Penedes, where the temperature differences between day and night ensure a good balance between fruit and freshness. After selective hand-picking, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels to give the wine depth, complexity and subtle spice.
