White Oak TOKINOKA Blended Whisky is a Japanese whisky produced by White Oak Distillery in the city of Akashi in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
TOKINOKA, which means "fragrance of time" in Japanese, is a blended whisky that combines malt whisky and grain whisky. The exact combination of malt and grain whisky used for the blend is a closely guarded secret and contributes to the character of Tokinoka.
TOKINOKA is aged in a variety of cask types, including American oak, sherry and bourbon casks. This aging process allows the whiskey to develop its flavors with influence of each barrel type.
