Ciaran's father, John Mulgrew, was a bartender in Belfast for over 50 years and the namesake of the brand. Because he always adhered to the "Barman's Code" and never told stories, he became known as "The Quiet Man".
The special feature of this new bottling is the final maturation in Marsala wine barrels.
