The Macallan launches a new range. The Triple Cask Matured range is a trilogy of The Macallan 12 Years Old, 15 Years Old and 18 Years Old. It replaces the well-known Fine Oak series. The content remains the same, only the name and design of the bottle changes.
The only difference between the three whiskies is the length of the ageing process. European and American sherry casks as well as former American bourbon casks are used.
The age of all whiskies is the main focus here, each one telling its own cask story.
