The Tement winery, located in southern Styria on the border with Slovenia, concentrates primarily on the cultivation of white grape varieties. 95% of its vineyards are planted with varieties such as Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Pinot Blanc, Morillon and Traminer. The wines, which are grouped under the name "Steirische Klassik", come from different vineyards and mature in stainless steel tanks. In addition to the "Steirische Klassik", the winery also produces single-vineyard wines, each of which reflects the characteristic influence of its specific vineyard site and is matured in both large and small wooden barrels.

Tement Morillon Sulz is an exquisite Chardonnay that thrives on the fertile soils of blue and brown limestone marl. The 27-year-old vines give this wine remarkable depth and complexity. After natural spontaneous fermentation, the wine matures for 30 months on the fine lees in small French oak barrels with a volume of 228 liters. The wine is bottled unfiltered to preserve its purity and authenticity.

With an impressive ageing potential of over 15 years, the Tement Morillon Sulz develops even greater elegance and complexity over time, making it an outstanding pleasure for connoisseurs and aficionados.
