Since 1999, the Slyrs distillery has been producing the first and only Upper Bavarian sinlge malt whisky using the classic rough and fine distillation process. From barley malt and mountain spring water stored in new oak barrels with 225 liters, a vintage brand is created, which is filled only in limited numbers of bottles.Slyrs Sherry Edition Pedro Ximenez receives its finishing in new months in which it was stored in the barrels of the renowned Spanish Bodegas Tradicion.
