The award-winning gin is made from a carefully selected range of botanicals, including kaffir lime, chamomile, lavender, juniper, lemon, pepper, aniseed, mint and local honey.
A restored, wood-fired vintage steam boiler is used for the distillation, which operates a copper still handmade by Arnold Holstein on Lake Constance.
