The distillation is done in old copper pot stills from the 19th century.
Strawberries are added to this gin to make it stand out from the crowd - and it does.
In addition to the strawberries already mentioned, botanicals such as Indian red tea, cranberries, coriander and the skins of bitter oranges are also added.
