Each bottling in the Symington's Choice series is personally selected by Andrew Symington, the founder of Signatory Vintage, and reflects the highest level of craftsmanship.

This single malt was first matured in traditional oak casks before being carefully finished in a Pedro Ximenez (PX) sherry hogshead. This post-maturing process gives the whisky additional depth, intense sweetness and complex aromas that are typical of sherry cask maturation. The maturation over 16 years, combined with the finish in PX hogsheads, gives the Auchroisk a distinctive profile full of fruitiness, spice and fine wood aromas.

With a strong alcohol content of 57.9% vol., the whisky is bottled at natural cask strength. It is neither chill-filtered nor colored, which means that its natural variety of aromas is fully preserved.
