The Glen Elgin single malt whisky is bottled at cask strength (53.6%) without heavy dilution, which preserves its natural intensity and structure. Maturation takes place in selected oak casks, which give the whisky a harmonious combination of fruit, malt, vanilla and fine wood notes. Typical of a Speyside whisky, Glen Elgin 16 Years Old is soft, fruity and balanced, while the higher alcohol strength provides additional depth and complexity. The bottling is presented in a classic tin box, underlining its collector and connoisseur character.
