Grappa Sibona Piemontese is a first-class grappa from Piedmont that embodies the heritage and tradition of the renowned Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona. The distillery, which is located in the Roero wine region near Alba, has the UTF distillery license no. 1, a sign of its many years of experience and excellence in grappa production.

This fine grappa is made from Barolo pomace, which comes from freshly harvested grapes and is selected with great care. The distillation takes place entirely in traditional copper stills in order to optimally preserve the purity and intense aromas of the pomace.

After the initial maturation in stainless steel containers, the grappa is stored for a longer period in medium-sized and then in smaller oak barrels. This elaborate maturation gives it a remarkable depth and a complex play of aromas that delights connoisseurs and lovers of high-quality grappa.
