Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona S.p.A. is located in the heart of Piedmont, more precisely in Piobesi d'Alba, in the middle of the region where some of the best Piedmontese wines originate. It is one of the oldest and most traditional distilleries in Piedmont, which gives it a special place in Italian distillery culture.

Sibona whisky is carefully distilled in a bain-marie using a discontinuous distillation process and an exquisite premium malt blend, including peated malt.

The long and patient maturation in small ex-whisky casks contributes significantly to the quality of the whisky. This maturation method gives it elegance and softness, while the intense peat notes shape its characteristic taste and offer a lasting aroma.

Only Eva natural mineral water, which comes from the highest spring in Europe at an altitude of 2,042 meters, is used for distillation. This unique combination of high-quality ingredients, precision craftsmanship and special spring water gives Sibona whisky its unmistakable character.
