Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona S.p.A. is located in the heart of Piedmont, more precisely in Piobesi d'Alba, in the middle of the region where some of the best Piedmontese wines originate. It is one of the oldest and most traditional distilleries in Piedmont, which gives it a special place in Italian distillery culture.

Due to this long tradition and its historical value, Sibona holds the prestigious "Licenza di Distillazione No. 1". This rare distillery license is only awarded by the Italian tax authorities to distilleries that stand out for their exceptional history and consistent quality. Distilleria Sibona thus embodies not only craftsmanship excellence, but also the legacy of a centuries-old tradition that continues in the production of top-quality products.

The "Grappa Piemontese di Brachetto" is made from carefully selected Brachetto marc, which comes from freshly harvested grapes. These grapes are specifically selected by Antica Distilleria Sibona during the harvest to ensure the highest quality. Distillation is carried out entirely in-house using traditional copper stills.

After distillation, the grappa matures for a long period in stainless steel vats, allowing it to fully develop its finesse and balance. This meticulous craftsmanship ensures a product that reflects both the elegance of the Brachetto grapes and the artisanal tradition of the Sibona distillery.
