Schwarz THE BUTCHER Blaufraenkisch is a single-varietal Blaufraenkisch that matures for 12 months in both large wooden barrels and small, used Burgundy barrels. This carefully coordinated ageing gives the wine a well-balanced, deep aroma and harmonious structure. After ageing, the wine is carefully bottled and sealed with a screw cap, which optimally preserves freshness and quality.
