Schilerol is the ideal aperitif for anyone looking for a natural and sparkling alternative. Developed by Armand Machater, Schilerol was born out of the desire to offer a regional and genuine alternative to conventional aperitivo sparkling drinks in his wine tavern. True to the motto: Why import industrial products when you live and work in the middle of a wine region? Machater experimented with different mixtures for over a year, letting family and friends try them out until the perfect recipe was found. The great response eventually led to Schilerol becoming available beyond the Buschenschank.

Made from rose wine, refined with selected herbs, spices and syrups, Schilerol contains no artificial preservatives or additives. This naturalness and the fresh, tangy note clearly set Schilerol apart from industrial sparkling drinks.
