The SCAVI & RAY FRIZZANTE products have a slightly more subtle, fine tingling sensation, which is due to a lower carbon dioxide content.
This also explains the lower bottle pressure, which is why a simple cork closure without additional security is perfectly adequate.
The Scavi & Ray PROSECCO Frizzante is made from 100% white Glera grapes, harvested at their best maturity.
Only Vini Frizzante of the highest quality is bottled. After bottling they receive the SCAVI & RAY seal of approval.
This is the only way to guarantee the high quality standards. In addition, the Vino Frizzante with the banderole is distinguished as 'D.O.C. Prosecco' and thus as a genuine Italian quality product.
