Rum Nation produces rums from a wide variety of nations. In 1999, the Rum Nation Rare Rums were founded. The bottlings are produced by an independent bottler, Rossi and Rossi, in Italy.
The rum is molasses-based and distilled in Versailles in a Wooden Pot Still. It is aged in bourbon casks and finishes in Scotch whisky casks.
The bottlings are neither colored nor sweetened.
