This sustainable rum honors environmental protection while setting high standards and is brought to Europe by ship. The CO2 produced during fermentation is collected by the distillery in pressurized tanks and further processed for the production of carbonated beverages. The residues from distillation are used as a natural fertilizer on sugar cane fields.
