The Ron Quorhum 12 Anos Solera comes from the Dominican Republic and is produced by the Oliver & Oliver distillery, which is also known for producing Cubaney rum. The rum is distilled using the classic pot still method, which ensures a particularly fine and aromatic quality. It is then matured using the solera method, in which the rum is aged in ex-bourbon barrels made from American oak. This process ensures a harmonious combination of aromas and contributes significantly to the quality of the end product.
The Juanillo Oliver family, which has Cuban roots, can look back on a long tradition of rum production. In the solera process, some of the rum is transferred from younger barrels to older ones, which ensures a consistently high level of maturity.
