Inspired by the nature of Japan and deeply rooted in Japanese philosophy, Shinjiro Torii founded the company in 1923 with the dream of creating whiskies that reflect Japanese nature and are refined through masterful craftsmanship. Today, three generations later, Suntory celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023, honoring a century of uniting nature, tradition and premium spirits.

In a tribute to traditional Japanese craftsmanship, Suntory invited renowned washi artist Eriko Horiki to create a label for the Roku Gin Sakura Bloom Edition that captures the essence of falling sakura blossoms with delicate pink and metallic hues. The outer packaging, designed by another recognized artist from Japan, celebrates the Hanami festival by depicting the admired sakura blossoms. This is complemented by an innovative six-sided bottle design that highlights the embossed botanicals and embodies "Shun" - the philosophy of harvesting ingredients at their seasonal zenith.

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Hanami, this edition emphasizes the beauty and transience of the cherry blossom with its accentuated cherry blossom aroma and subtle illustrations.
