For the production of the fruit-intensive Rochelt Williamsbirne Edelbrand, only juicy, highly aromatic Williams pears from Western Styria are used. There, in cooperation with the Rochelt distillery, these hearty pears are carefully cultivated by local fruit farmers and then harvested. After a double distillation, the noble brandy matures for three years in glass balloons, in which the Williams pear fully develops.
