Rochelt Mirabelle 2010 50% Vol. 0,7l in Holzkiste
The Mirabell is a plum variety and is harvested at a size of up to 3 centimetres. The ripe fruit is characterized by a golden yellow color with red cheeks. These Mirabelle plums come exclusively from eastern Austria and are mashed by the fruit grower on the day of harvest. After natural fermentation, the mash is distilled twice in a copper kettle without any additives.
The Mirabell then matures for 13 years in glass balloons.
