Distilled in 2015 in Lluidas Vale, Worthy Park in Jamaica, this rum underwent a rapid fermentation of around 30 hours in American oak tanks, followed by pot still distillation in a Forsyth pot still. Once distillation was complete, the rum was matured for four years on site in Jamaica in ten first-fill American white oak bourbon casks before the distillate was taken to Scotland for a further three years to complete its maturation.

The result, which is a "light" style molasses rum, impresses with its delicate yet complex structure. No chill-filtration was used in the bottling process and no sugar or sugar couleur was added.
