Redbreast 12 Years Old Single Pot Still CASK STRENGTH 57.5% ABV 0.7 L + GB is one of the world’s best-known and most highly regarded Irish whiskeys. This powerful cask-strength bottling presents the legendary Redbreast 12 in its natural and unadulterated form, straight from the cask and with maximum aromatic intensity. Produced using the traditional single pot still whiskey method, this bottling embodies the long history and craftsmanship of Irish whiskey production. The high-quality 0.7 l bottle, complete with an elegant gift box, makes this whiskey a coveted choice for collectors, connoisseurs, and lovers of full-bodied Irish whiskeys.

The base is a mash of malted and unmalted barley, which is then distilled three times in traditional copper pot stills. This production method gives the whiskey its exceptional complexity and characteristic pot-still style. Maturation takes place in a combination of American white oak barrels previously used for bourbon and Spanish oak barrels previously used for Oloroso sherry, which gives the whiskey its typical Redbreast character. As a Cask Strength Edition, the whiskey is bottled undiluted and, at 57.5% ABV, offers the full spectrum of aromas in their natural intensity.
