The R74 Rum Alpine Aged is made from sugar cane molasses and is a three year old rum.
It is distilled by the double firing method in small copper stills.
Barrique barrels, which were previously used to age the Gravensteiner Apfelbrand Caldiff with the Soleramethode, are used to store this rum.
