Rudolf Jelinek is a well-known name in the world of spirits and distilleries. He was a Czech entrepreneur and the founder of the Jelinek Distillery, which gained international recognition for producing high-quality spirits, especially fruit brandies. Inspired by his family's heritage, Jelinek decided to continue the legacy and founded his own distillery in the town of Vizovice in 1967.
Apricot brandy is produced by triple distillation from ripe apricot mash.
