Proclamation Blended Irish Whiskey is a tribute to the events and players of Ireland's Easter Proclamation in 1916, the document that proclaimed the founding of the Irish Republic.
Proclamation is named after the fateful declaration of independence.
This whiskey is a blend of the finest Irish grain and malt whiskeys. The whiskey is produced in small batches and triple distilled, which is common for Irish whiskey. The various components of the whiskey are then matured in different types of casks, and carefully selected grain whiskeys matured in bourbon casks are combined with malt whiskeys from sherry casks in the final blend.
