Grown on soils consisting of shell limestone, clay, sand, limestone marl and slate, this wine combines minerality, elegance and unmistakable depth. It is matured in small used wooden barrels, which gives it a fine structure and additional spice without masking the typical freshness of the variety.

This Pinot Gris consciously sets itself apart from classic patterns and displays a modern, reduced style with depth and determination.
