The Polz winery is located in southern Styria. The geographical location of the winery is ideal for viticulture. The good balance between sunshine hours and precipitation as well as the nature of the soil are decisive for the production of high quality wine.
The grapes for this fantastic Pinot Gris are grown on sandy-loamy soils.
Before it was bottled, this wine matured for 12 months in large wooden barrels.
